Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebSEOAudit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use WebSEOAudit for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WebSEOAudit
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. WebSEOAudit cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties
• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• Refunds are processed according to our 14-day money-back guarantee
• Downgrading your service may cause the loss of features or capacity

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

6. Data Retention After Trial or Subscription Expiration

When your free trial ends or your paid subscription expires without renewal, your account automatically enters read-only mode. In read-only mode:

• You retain access to all previously generated audits, reports, AI action plans, and exports
• You cannot create new audits, run new analyses, or generate new AI content
• You may re-subscribe at any time to restore full read/write access

After 90 days in read-only mode without an active subscription, your account data — including all websites, audit history, reports, and AI-generated content — will be permanently deleted. This deletion is irreversible.

We will email you 7 days before deletion takes place so you have time to export anything you need or re-subscribe. If you re-subscribe during the 90-day window, all data is preserved and fully restored.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebSEOAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
